What’s included in the price?

Bed and breakfast includes a hearty buffet breakfast served on the pool-side terrace overlooking the sea.
Half-board includes dinner, which is served in our beautiful restaurant, while full board also includes lunch served in a reserved area of the seafront terrace.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash or debit/credit card.
We accept the following credit cards:

  • MAESTRO / PAGOBANCOMAT

Please remember that in accordance with Italian legislation, we cannot accept cash payments of over 3,000 euro.

How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

When you book, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking, if I don’t turn up or if I have to leave earlier?

Reservations in March, April, Mai, June and September: Cancellations made up to 3 days before the date of departure are free. If you cancel late or in case of no show, the cost of the first night of your stay will be charged.

Reservations in July and August: Cancellations made up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

If you arrive late or leave early then you will be charged for the entire stay.

These conditions apply to bookings made directly through our site, unless stated otherwise in the confirmation email.
For bookings made through other booking portals, the cancellation conditions on the website (or otherwise agreed) apply.

From what time is the room available on the day I arrive? By what time do I have to leave the room on my departure day?

Rooms are available from noon on the day you arrive and you must be out of your room by 10am on the day you leave.
If these times are inconvenient, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our very best to find a more suitable solution.

Does the hotel have a private car park?

Yes, it does. Our private car park has CCTV and is free for guests.

Can I have a cot in my room? How much does it cost?

Yes. If guests require them, the hotel can provide cots and beds for children. We do not charge for children under the age of 2 (in a room with 2 adults).

What times are meals served?

Breakfast: 7:45am – 10am
Lunch: 12:30pm – 2pm
Dinner: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Can I order special dishes if I ask?

Our chefs are always happy to prepare vegetarian or gluten-free dishes or meals for those with food allergies. We also do a special children’s menu. Of course, we are happy to satisfy any other dietary requirements you may have.

Can I get the Internet? How much is it?

We have WI-FI throughout the hotel and on the terrace too. Internet access is free for our guests – just ask for your user name and password at reception.

Can I bring my pets?

Yes, we welcome small pets and do not charge for them. However, they are not allowed in our restaurant, on the beach or in the pool. 
If you intend to bring your pet, please let us know before you arrive. In some cases, certain pets may not be allowed out of respect for our other guests.

How much do you charge for use of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool?

Sun loungers with umbrellas, mattresses and beach towels by the pool and on the private beach in front of the hotel are free for our guests (one sun lounger per paying guest).
You can reserve a lounger on the beach or by the pool when you arrive and this will be yours throughout your stay. This means there’ll always be a lounger available for you and it will always have a clean beach towel and mattress on it too.

Can I see the sea from my room?

Our hotel is in a great location right on the sea front and all the rooms have a balcony with a sea view, either straight on or to the side depending on room type.

Do hotel guests get any discounts in Jesolo’s shops, bars and restaurants?

Yes. With the Jesolo-Ok card all our guests can take advantage of great discounts in a number of select places in town. You can get the card (and more information) from reception.
Hotel guests also get special discounts at the Jesolo and Caorle golf clubs and pay less to get in to the nearby Aqualandia water park.

Can I hire a bike from the hotel?

Of course. Bike hire is free for hotel guests.
