From the Cavalieri Palace Hotel you can reach St. Mark’s Square in Venice in less than an hour. From our hotel you can easily get to the Punta Sabbioni harbor by car or by regular buses (one run every 30 minutes, the bus stop is approx. 200 meters away). From here, motorboats depart every 30 minutes in the direction of Venice, stopping at a short distance of St. Mark’s Square, which has always been the official “gateway” to the city of the Doges, after an atmospheric journey of approx. 35 minutes through the lagoon.

Islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello

As with Venice, to visit the lagoon islands, it is necessary to reach the port of Punta Sabbioni by car or regular bus. From here, motorboats depart every 30 minutes to the interior of the lagoon with stops at its most famous islands: Murano, known worldwide for glassmaking, the colorful, Burano the island of lace, and finally Torcello.

Treviso

Reachable in approx. 40 minutes, Treviso, offers striking views and the magical atmosphere of a city rich in history. The two rivers that flow through it and creep through its streets give a unique charm to the historic center enclosed by ancient walls. The heart of the city is undoubtedly Piazza dei Signori with its 14th-century Palazzo and Loggia dei Cavalieri, and also noteworthy is the Duomo, which houses Pordenone’s frescoes and Titian’s Annunciation altarpiece in the Malchiostro Chapel.

Verona

Verona, a city steeped in art and marked by history, can be reached from our hotel in about 2 hours. In the central Piazza Bra stands imposingly the Arena, the world-famous Roman amphitheater that in the summer months has been hosting the prestigious opera season for decades now.
